Kimberly Graber is the President of Expert Facilitation &
Training, which provides professional facilitation of meetings and conferences,
customized training workshops and delivery of keynote speeches. She has an M.A.
in Counseling Psychology, a B.S. in Justice Studies, a B.A. in Psychology, a
Minor in Communication, and is degreed in Facilitation and Train the Trainer for
multiple topics and pending certifications in seven different areas.
Her background of 18 years expands across business, educational, judicial,
and clinical venues. In addition to the company, she facilitates anger
management groups for court-ordered domestic violence offenders and counsels
patients privately. She also instructs on-line courses for an international
school and residential courses for a technical school.
Kimberly serves on multiple Speakers Bureaus and has been interviewed on
several news stations. She has a manuscript in preparation for publication
in The Journal of Occupational Psychology, an article being published on
“How to Run Effective Meetings” in a national magazine and a book in
preparation for publication on “How to Deal with Difficult People.”
Recently, her keynotes included The American Society of Training and
Development State Conference, The Society of Government Meeting Professionals
State Conference, The National Academy Foundation Conference, and the
American Business Women’s Association. She facilitated several boards of
director meetings for international and national organizations, national
motor vehicle corporations, along with state-wide conferences and strategic
planning meetings for the federal government. Kimberly provided customized
training for national private industry companies, non-profit associations and
government officials. In addition, she has coached hundreds of speakers,
instructors and facilitators to hone their craft.
